EDUCATION AND CREDENTIALS: ? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, Finance, or closely related field required. ? Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources leadership experience. ? Master’s Degree Preferred ? Experience in a California public school district strongly preferred. ? Demonstrated experience in labor relations and employee discipline required. ? Experience in a public education environment desirable.
