Recruiter to build with Hiring Manager – as in responsibilities

What can you expect in a “Corporate HR Business Partner” role with TaskUs: 

As a Corporate HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and executives to drive HR initiatives that support the overall corporate strategy. You will act as a strategic advisor to business units within the organization, ensuring alignment between HR practices and corporate objectives. The Corporate HR Business Partner will play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture and optimizing workforce effectiveness

Responsibilities:

Change Management and Organizational Development.

  • Partner with business leaders to lead change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of organizational changes.
  • Design and facilitate organizational development programs to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers on managing change and driving organizational growth.
  • Oversee HR operations, Workday (preferred knowledge) performance management, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and support HRIS management.

Strategic HR Leadership and Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, events and programs aimed at fostering a positive work culture and strengthening employee relationships, retention, and performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term business goals and develop HR strategies to support these objectives.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that address current and future organizational needs.

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Management:

  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address talent gaps.
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment and improve employee retention.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Partner with legal and stakeholders in administering disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze eSAT data and facilitate regular focus groups and other discussions, to develop action plans with the goal of improving employee satisfaction, morale and retention.

HR Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a compliant and efficient HR function.
  • Develop and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment matters and DEI/CSR standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS management.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community organizations, and corporate partners.
  • Represent the company at external events and conferences related to DEI and CSR.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • Support the DEI strategy aligned with the company’s values and goals, while fostering a positive organizational culture promoting diversity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging among employees..
  • Partner with business leaders and other departments to integrate DEI principles into recruitment, hiring, and talent management processes.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of DEI issues.
  • Assess the impact of changes on employee morale, engagement, and productivity and develop strategies to mitigate resistance and promote acceptance.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

  • Support CSR programs and initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
  • Identify local opportunities for community engagement, volunteerism, and philanthropy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR practices into business operations and supply chain management.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering and Corporate background preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, building presentations, and conducting presentations with the business. 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
