Analyst, HR Service Center Reporting (Remote)

The Analyst, HRSC Reporting role is responsible for analyzing and reporting HR service center data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role involves generating reports, interpreting data, and providing insights to HR leadership and stakeholders. The Analyst, HRSC Reporting will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop metrics, and recommend, drive, and track impact of process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain HR service center reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends
  • Analyze and present HR service center data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Provide recurring and ad-hoc reports to HR leadership and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and opportunities, and develop customized reports using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, R, SQL, Power Automate, Power BI, and Excel
  • Perform data mining in a wide variety of systems, including Oracle HCM Core HR and Benefits modules, iCIMS, Avaya CMS, Embark Analytics, HR HelpDesk, and survey tools
  • Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and reliability
  • Proactively Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data collection and analysis
  • Support development, implementation, and audience review/understanding of HR service center performance goals and metrics
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR reporting, analytics, and associated tools and methods
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve HR service center operations
  • Lead small scale projects and/or process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of departmental records and employee documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR reporting analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Tableau, Excel)
  • Agility in learning new technology / tools to support business efforts
  • Proficiency using one or more of the following: Alteryx, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau Prep
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and policies is preferred
  • Familiarity with HR service center operations is a plus
