About the Team & Business Line: 

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence. 

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role: 

The HR Shared Services Coordinator will be a key member of the Query Center Management team, providing first-line of support to employees with HR-related questions and concerns. This role involves consolidating, reviewing and disseminating HR policies, guides, and FAQs from various HR functions. The HR Coordinator will act as Tier 1 Contact Point, ensuring prompt, complete and accurate assistance to employees seeking information and clarification to HR processes globally. 

  • The primary function of this role is to act as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance and provide timely, complete and accurate responses to all HR related information. 
  • Assist employees in understanding HR processes and procedures. Consolidate, review, analyze and maintain up-to-date HR policies, guides, and FAQs. 
  • Collaborate and work closely with various HR functions to gather accurate and up-to date information and to continuously improve the support provided to employees
  • Act as an HR Admin user of Oracle Cloud, helping HR support the system and its users
  • Set up and maintain HR records and Core elements within this area
  • Performs business process analysis and recommend changes to ensure effectiveness
  • Drive process improvement

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a shared services or contact center environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledgeable in Oracle Cloud and CRM tool is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices locally and globally
  • Experience working with end users to understand and resolve issues within the system
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability working in a local physical and international virtual team.
  • Analyzes systems issues and identify patterns of problems as issues are communicated. Proactively co – ordinates fixes as required.
  • Understand high level security and governance procedures while maintaining the Data Privacy laws
  • Well rounded individual capable of performing several tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Mature and proactive person willing to accept responsibility
  • Possess a high degree of initiative
  • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English
