About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner and Site Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR function for Global Hub and partnering with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives. The Global Hub, Hyderabad is the global capability centre for four business verticals of Reckitt: IT&D, HR Shared Services, Global Finance Services and Supply. You will also be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with global and local business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, culture, capability, wellbeing, retention, and development.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop succession plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs in partnership with reward that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that support business objectives.

The experience we’re looking for

  • 13+ years of experience with strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Managing global and local stakeholders in a matrix organization through collaboration and influence
  • Experience developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, culture, capability, wellbeing, retention, and development.
  • Experience managing employee relations issues and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Experience developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and analytics
